For the most part I believe the "goup unity" problem has been cleared up...or rathe IS being cleared up.
That's why the essay was taken down. I apologize if any feelings were hurt there, but I stand by my descision to make everyone aware of it. So...take that how you will.
Hopefully this will all be resolved shortly...if not, the offer to take it up with me still stands.
