Quick request
I'm hoping to fire up Photoshop and finally make some new icons later- but I also want to make my own mood theme- and this time, I want to go animated.
I'm assuming that the animated mood themes are just .gif animations that are uploaded in the normal way. My question is- how do I go about making a .gif animation from a snippet of a video in .avi format? I'm wondering if Windows Movie Maker might be involved...dunno, I'm in a strange mood again today, all contemplative and wistful.
Any info and help would be rewarded with cookies :) Or hugs.
