I made it myself! ^.^
Wholewheat and sooo yummy. Really crunchy crust too. Wow. I think I'm going to do this more often. And start gifting bread to people for birthdays/holidays. Haha.
This recipe was tacked onto my fridge for months:
No Knead Bread I forgot how much I wanted to try it until I had a dream yesterday that involved making bread. And now my whole house smells like fresh bread. mmmm. Definitely helped get me out of the funk I've been in for the last couple weeks. Next I may try the Rye bread mix I bought a couple weeks ago. Or get adventurous and start a sour dough culture in my fridge. (

And in other news:
I want to crochet a plushy cow for Rob's mother, for x-mas. She really likes cows. So much that her kitchen is literally "cow-themed" (not as far as spotted cabinets or anything, but all the decor has cows on it).
There's this cute (free!) pattern:
Milka the Cow And this one that costs a few dollars:
Happy Cow I could also use the udder pattern from the first pattern, and attach it to the second pattern cow (as the second cow is missing udders, and the udders make it so much more fun.) Hrm. Any opinions? I think I prefer the second pattern...
