Wanted for future terrorist activity: White Christian NRA Member with High and Tight

michellemalkin.cachefly.net/michellemalkin.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/hsa-rightwing-extremism-09-04-07.pdf  This Document is the biggest load of BS I have ever read.  The fact that it was ever written makes me cringe.

According to this, if you are not a communism loving, illegal immigrant amnesty advocate , Obama Supporter who is against the second amendment, and if you ARE a veteran, then you must be an “extremist” or a potential extremist in the making…. And if you are a war veteran you are likely to be drafted by the most dangerous extremist groups out there.

If there wasn't a radical movement before, the people who have printed this document are guilty of lending it credibility.  They have just accused a wide variety of people (namely anyone who is not a democrat) of being a potential terrorist.

This document was sent to every police department in the country on April 7, 2009.  I am going to extract pieces of this article and comment on it because commenting on the whole thing would make this journal entry take forever.

The DHS/Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A) has no specific
information that domestic rightwing* terrorists are currently planning acts of violence,
but rightwing extremists may be gaining new recruits by playing on their fears about
several emergent issues. The economic downturn and the election of the first
African American president present unique drivers for rightwing radicalization and
recruitment.

Translation:  We have no proof of any of this because it probably hasn't taken place but we are expecting it and are going to exploit each of these groups of people because we can.  We are going to turn this into a racial issue and focus on the fact that we think that republicans are racist because they didn't vote for our black president.  What we are doing here is creating our own conspiracy theories based on what MIGHT happen.  We are going to send this to every police department in America, which will fuel profiling.

- (U//LES) Threats from white supremacist and violent antigovernment groups
during 2009 have been largely rhetorical and have not indicated plans to carry
out violent acts. Nevertheless, the consequences of a prolonged economic
downturn-including real estate foreclosures, unemployment, and an inability
to obtain credit-could create a fertile recruiting environment for rightwing
extremists and even result in confrontations between such groups and
government authorities similar to those in the past.

Translation:  We are having economic issues, but instead of focusing on those that are caused by a "stimulus plan" that is a thinly veiled document to pass off each of our agendas we are going to find something else to rile people up about.  Now we can push the blame of everything going on onto this group and take none of the blame for ourselves.

- (U//LES) Rightwing extremists have capitalized on the election of the first
African American president, and are focusing their efforts to recruit new
members, mobilize existing supporters, and broaden their scope and appeal
through propaganda, but they have not yet turned to attack planning.

Translation:  Again, we have no proof of anything, and though it is constitutional to have evidence before giving an accusation we are going to suspend that in order to make this doccument that has no grounding in real facts

(U//FOUO) The possible passage of new restrictions on firearms and the return of
military veterans facing significant challenges reintegrating into their communities
could lead to the potential emergence of terrorist groups or lone wolf extremists
capable of carrying out violent attacks.

Translation:  While we are at it, we are going to accuse the Armed forces members who are returning home of being responsible for the emergence of terrorist groups.  We are going to say that they are having mental difficulties because they are coming back to america and will be blind-sided by changes here and this will be slightly understandable by the american people.

(U//FOUO) Returning veterans possess combat skills and experience that are
attractive to rightwing extremists. DHS/I&A is concerned that rightwing
extremists will attempt to recruit and radicalize returning veterans in order to
boost their violent capabilities.

Translation:  While we are at it, we will double-talk so later we can refute that we accused the returning veterans of being responsible for these attacks and will now say that they will be recruited.  We will play on an unfounded fear that military people are much more violent than normal people.

A recent example of the potential violence associated with a rise in rightwing
extremism may be found in the shooting deaths of three police officers in
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on 4 April 2009. The alleged gunman’s reaction
reportedly was influenced by his racist ideology and belief in antigovernment
conspiracy theories related to gun confiscations, citizen detention camps, and a
Jewish-controlled “one world government.”

Translation:  One psychopath recently shot 3 people these were his beliefs.  Anyone who shares similar beliefs is capable of the same thing. Be wary of anyone who has a problem with anything that goes against democratic views.

Rightwing extremist chatter on the Internet continues to focus on the
economy, the perceived loss of U.S. jobs in the manufacturing and construction sectors,
and home foreclosures.

Translation:  There may even be a loss of jobs, there might be home foreclosures but we are going to call it perceived because we will not admit to it in our document.  this would look bad.

Scholars and experts disagree over poverty’s role in motivating violent radicalization or
terrorist activity. High unemployment, however, has the potential to lead to alienation, thus increasing
an individual’s susceptibility to extremist ideas. According to a 2007 study from the German Institute
for Economic Research, there appears to be a strong association between a parent’s unemployment
status and the formation of rightwing extremist beliefs in their children-specifically xenophobia and
antidemocratic ideals.

Translation:  While we are at it, let's blame the poor for anti-semitism and for racism and all of violence.  There are studies that show that poor people are more likely to teach their children hate, so it must be true.

Open source reporting of wartime ammunition shortages has likely spurred
rightwing extremists-as well as law-abiding Americans-to make bulk purchases of
ammunition. These shortages have increased the cost of ammunition, further
exacerbating rightwing extremist paranoia and leading to further stockpiling activity.
Both rightwing extremists and law-abiding citizens share a belief that rising crime rates
attributed to a slumping economy make the purchase of legitimate firearms a wise move
at this time.

Translation:  We have no sources to quote at all here to show where we get the information that the selling of ammunition has increased, but let's throw this in here so it makes our argument more scary.

- (U) After Operation Desert Shield/Storm in 1990-1991, some returning military
veterans-including Timothy McVeigh-joined or associated with rightwing
extremist groups.
- (U) A prominent civil rights organization reported in 2006 that “large numbers
of potentially violent neo-Nazis, skinheads, and other white supremacists are now
learning the art of warfare in the [U.S.] armed forces.”
- (U//LES) The FBI noted in a 2008 report on the white supremacist movement
that some returning military veterans from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have
joined extremist groups.

Translation:  This doccument we made here crooksandliars.com/files/uploads/2008/12/whitesupremacistrecruitmentofmilitarypersonnel2_a0a33.pdf States that 203 people who are known people to be involved not only with "right wing extremists" but other organizations such as the KKK, national socialist movment, aryan nations and so on and so forth are military.  We even acknowledge in this document that most of these are exaggerated reports to make them look better to their bretheren.  But, 203 out of everyone in the military means that we have a LARGE spread issue.  I mean, as of  February 28, 2009 only 1,454,515 people are on active duty and 848,000 people are in reserve components.  203 people out of this, wow.  That's got to be almost the whole military.

- (U//FOUO) Following the 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah federal
building in Oklahoma City, the militia movement declined in total membership
and in the number of organized groups because many members distanced
themselves from the movement as a result of the intense scrutiny militias received
after the bombing.

So what we can do about this, is watch every group that might be a threat, including pro-lifers, republicans, veterans, groups against immigration, people who have a problem with communism or socialism, people who want the right to bare arms and those who did not support obama in becoming president.  As long as we flag these people and keep a close eye on all of them, there will be no problems.

Isn't it bad enough that our military personnel have to come home to bullshit phrases like "I don't support the war, but I support the troops."  Which of course is the politically correct way of spitting on our veterans these days.  Now they get to come home to worried stares of civilians wondering when they will snap and bomb their country.  I'm completely sick of faux americans pretending that they understand more about the concerns of the world than they do.  They are all convinced that the war in Iraq was a horrible thing and now well, they are going to be convinced that soldiers are essentially time-bombs waiting for the right trigger.
