Frivolous meme-ry
I don't like memes much, but bluesilverkdg was so nice when she "tagged" me with this one, I thought I'd do it - giving everyone a breather from the ranting and whining which is the typical content of this LJ.

1) I am very secretive and don't tend to reveal much about myself online or even in person; not for a while anyway.
2) Thus, I was once friends with someone for almost a year before she realized I had a boyfriend. I had never mentioned it.
3) I'm just really bad about mentioning things like that. (And not just to cute boys!)
4) I love popcorn. I'll eat the unpopped "old maids" too. They're crunchy and tasty.
5) I used to drink more than 2 liters of Diet Coke per day, but after I did the Master Cleanse, I was able to cut down on my caffeine intake, and now only drink about that much Diet Coke per week.
6) I love to eat whole jalapeno peppers and spoonfulls of hot mustard. Sometimes, I'm very sorry afterwards. I still do it again.
7) I don't eat red meat, because I don't like the way it tastes. I also don't eat pork (the other white meat), because pigs are as smart as dogs. And I don't eat mutton, because sheep are cute. Someday, I will become a true vegetarian.
8) I forget what 8 is for.
9) For my lost gods.
10) I find #8 and #9 hilariously funny, even though they aren't original jokes, nor probably all that funny to others.
11) I tend to repeat the things which I find funny again, and again, and again... toastmantom can attest to this.
12) I love talking on the phone.
13) My laptop is named Crunchy II. It's already shut itself down four times so far today.
14) I've traveled to more than 20 countries, including Croatia, Japan, and Jamaica. However, I don't really like to travel. It stresses me out and I don't enjoy the process.
15) Nevertheless, I'd love to be a contestant on The Amazing Race! :)
16) Yeah, I love reality shows. I'm not ashamed to admit that.
17) Speaking of TV, I was really excited earlier this weekend to discover that Due South is available on DVD at Best Buy. I won't buy it, but it's nice to know it's out there. That's a great show which withstands the test of time. If you never watched it, you should rent it.
18) I became an extra just so that I could be on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. If you really want to know, I'll tell you how to spot me on various episodes. :)
19) My favorite book of all time is still The Count of Monte Cristo.
20) Fact #19 is actually a great insight into the way my mind works. I may have to kill those who figure out too much...
