Fire Emblem 6, I'll beat you for good !!
Now that I'm on holidays, I can afford myself some time to finally start a real first playthrough on my Fire Emblem : Fuuin no Tsurugi's official Japanese cartridge. ~o~ About time, I really wanted to play this game seriously. ~o~
Since most of the chapters have a character limit of 10~12 chars, I've planned to make a core group of 11 characters (Roy excluded). To be more accurate, I've made a list of the chars I absolutely want in my team, backed up by units I'm indifferent to, but need them to round the team combat-wise. Here's the list :
Mandatory :
Roy
Wanted units :
Lilina
Clarine
Rutger
Gonzales (Will make sure to take the 10A route ; too bad I won't get Bartre, though. T_T)
Miledy
Percival
Dieck
Rounding units
Ellen (I like to have two healers, and she'll be the Aureola user)
Ray (Apocalypse user)
Thany (Having two flying units is a good thing IMO, and I'm taking a liking for her)
Sue (Miugre user)
Wanted to include in the "Wanted list" Noah, Fir and Zeiss as well, but there's already Rutger (and if no Fir, no Noah, as I want them in duo), and Miledy is already there in Zeiss' case. That'll be for another time for them. T_T
Support-wise, Roy/Lilina A is a MUST, simply because of the paired ending. Roy/Lilina shipper out there ~o~
BTW, concerning Supports, I'll try to make some, but I'm not that motivated to do them, as in FE6, aside for Roy, they don't net Paired Endings. And what motivates me to make Supports in the first place, is to see characters getting married in the end (hopeless romantic FTL ^^'), and to get the Support convos in the Support List as well ; and since there's no Support List feature in this game... T_T
I plan to make, if I can, as I plan to have a good Ranked playthrough (and thus, in other words, trying not to waste turns), the following Supports, aside from the aforemented Roy/Lilina one :
- Clarine/Rutger A
- Clarine/Dieck B
- Dieck/Rutger B (Triangle Combat Support of Doom FTW~)
- Dieck/Thany C
- Lilina/Gonzales B
- and MAYBE, Miledy/Ellen A.
I'm currently at the beginning of Chapter 4. I can't wait to kick Erik's sorry ass, but I'm too tired for tonight, that'll be for tomorrow, after having some nice sleep. ;)
