You may have noticed it, but I much prefer talking about video games and entertainment on my LJ, than talking about real-life (RL) matters and worries. Don't want to bother you all with those things. But, for once...
Well, Monday, my sister (known as Julia Rowel on the 4F Forum) and I went to the invitation made by one of our friends at our university. This friend invited us, and a few of her other friends, two weeks ago, to go play bowling.
And guess what ? Only Julia and I went to the meeting : everyone has called off at the very last minute, often with reasons I find rather dubvious. If you wanna have my opinion, me thinks nearly all of her friends decided they didn't feel like going, and thought to themselves : "oh, no worry if I don't go, since she has many other friends : me lacking in there won't make a difference". But if they ALL think like this on their own side, of course NOBODY will come in the end !!
You can imagine our friend (the one who invited us all) was extra-pissed off. T_T I would, if I were in her place, honestly. She's really disgusted now, and said to me she'll never EVER make invitations to her friends again (maybe, I think, except Julia and I, since we were the only one to hold our promise to her). And I can't blame her here.
So, we had to cancel bowling, and we decided to go first eat some crepes at a café, then we went to the cinema. There, we decided for Indiana Jones 4. Rather nice movie IMO. Of course, all the situtations in there are extremely unrealistic (Jones surviving an atomic bombing by conceiling himself in a lead-lined fridge ?! WTF ?! ^^'), but at least the movie accomplishes its mission of giving a lot of action-packed scenes.
Then, after the movie, we parted each way. In the end, that was a nice meeting, barring that initial disappointment.

Now, on to my FE6 playthrough report.
I'm currently at Chapter 7 of the game. But I may have a curse of the archers upon me...
Indeed, I had to restart Chapter 4 and Chapter 6, because of Wolt and Dorothy.
In Chapter 4, as I try not to use FAQs as much as possible, I didn't knew exactly where Rutger and his gang would post themselves a few turns after the beginning of the chapter. So I tried to put a safe distance between the castle and my units until they come. Unfortunately, the distance wasn't large enough, and stupid Rutger one-shotted stupid Wolt.
In Chapter 6, Dorothy got owned by one of the Armor Knights and one of the Archers who come as reinforcements two turns after you open the cell with a stairs' case. Since, again, I haven't read the FAQs, and since on the former turns, I didn't see any enemy coming from there, I lost attention and stupidly got caught off. Dorothy was unfortunately at range of those two at the time, thus resulting in her death and my restart.
Well, at least, that allowed me to rectify a error I made : I forgot to take with me a spare bow for Sue in the first try.
Alen and Lance are at B-Support between each other, and Clarine/Rutger have a C. That C helped me a lot again Wagner (boss of Chapter 6), as before I got the support, Rutger had a 1% chance of being criticalled by Wagner. Thanks to the support, the chance fell to 0%, allowing me to go and attack him without fear (and with help from Thany and Dieck, who have a C Support between each other).
Just so I mention it, I play blitz-style : i.e., as I want to have a good Ranking, I want to finish all Chapters as quickly as possible, so no Boss-levelling or Arena Abuse crap. So that's why Supports are going slowly. T_T
