This post is partially procrastination but I mostly just wanted to upload the first song.

Had dinner and conversation with the lovely
annaham this evening, came home and had to upload a song I described to her, and got a bit carried away...

Top Seven Songs Currently:

Dan Le Sac vs Scroobius Pip - Thou Shalt Always Kill
The music in this song is there just to add rhythm and bounce to the words, really, but the words are worth it. Very British male voice.
Thou shalt not worship pop idols or follow lost prophets / thou shalt not stop liking a band just because they've become popular / thou shalt not question Stephen Fry / thou shalt not buy coca cola products / thou shalt not buy nestle products / thou shalt not go into the woods with your boyfriend's best friend, take drugs, and cheat on him / thou shalt not fall in love so easily / thou shalt not attend an open mike and leave as soon as you've done your shitty little poem or song you self-righteous prick
...and that's from the first stanza

AC/DC - Back in Black
Oh, classic rock, my love. You just need it every now and then, you know? This song just opens and you start to feel cocky and then you have to rock out to it, or I do, at least.

Garbage - Bad Boyfriend
Shirley Manson is a sexy beast, especially when she sings these lyrics with this hot and heavy music. I also associate this song with Dom Monaghan because of a rather well put together fanvid, which is always a nice visual.
I've got a fever, come check it and see / there's something burning and rolling in me / we may not last but we'll have fun 'till the end /  Come on baby, be my bad boyfriend / I wanna hear you call out my name / I wanna see you burn up in flames

Poe - Angry Johnny
This song is so seductive and threatening at once, I love it.
I wanna kill you, I wanna blow you...away

Lola Ray - What it Feels Like
This is the first song I ever heard by this band and it got me hooked; I would listen to it on repeat. Fun, catchy rock, male singer, and everyone I've given it to thinks it's rather sexy. Tell me what you want to, I'm a virgin with a problem...

Greg Laswell - Girls Just Want to Have Fun (Cyndi Lauper cover)
No guys, seriously. This is gorgeous. Slow, thoughtful singing with piano accompaniment, it's absolutely beautiful.

Stars - The Big Fight
This song is just so lush. The opening horns sound like a flower bursting into bloom, and the alternating male and female singers really work well. The song itself is about a couple describing their falling out and has a fairly slow tempo; this is the type of song you sway to unconsciously.
