My life is tl;dr.
I had a great weekend, dudes. Jules took the train here from Berkeley on Friday at 7 and the redhead and I went to meet her at the station. I haven't seen her since late July, so I was all giddy. Both of them came over to mine after we ate dinner (or more importantly, PIE), and we watched Real Genius which I LOVE and is freaking hilarious. Best line ever: "Have you ever had a dream where you see yourself standing in sort of sun-god robes on a pyramid with a thousand naked women screaming and throwing little pickles at you? Why am I the only one who has that dream?"
In the morning I made breakfast and we watched some of the redhead's Xena episodes. Yes, we are that awesome. We took the bus to the redhead's where Jules and I ditched her and went to see the horses over by the creek. Of course when we actually got to the horses they ignored us. It was the cutest thing though, when we were over looking at the horses this donkey starts braying and we look and it's looking at us, so we go over. This donkey was fucking adorable. He just stood by the fence and let us pet him, and let me tell you, this guy's ears were amazing. So long and fuzzy! In conclusion: burros > horses.
We went back to red's and she swiped us into the DC so we could have dinner with her and her floormates. Have I mentioned the redhead's Davis crew? They're the best. The Canadian is very tall (to me, he's 6ft in actuality) and makes an excellent leaning stand, and Rob (that's not her name, btw) is slight and sweet and blond and also happens to wrestle and takes my dirtiest remarks in stride. Anyway, after dinner the five of us went walking around downtown and we ended up at Border's for a couple of hours where we read various books and I gave two back massages. Jules and I were trying to figure out what to watch when we went back to my place and she suddenly goes "Wait, do you have Lord of the Rings?" thus proving why I love her so much. Also, I got her to model the panties McG and I got her for her birthday before she left early Sunday morning. <3
And I went shopping with another friend this morning and got new shoes! Vans, with green and white polkadots. <3
