old trails always lead a cowboy back home

Well, I'm back. Try as I might, I can't pull away from that warm false orange glow of this polluted night sky. Mmm...hazy as ever still.

I miss anything good, compadres?

Jakey boy, you're back!? Welcome back! How was Wyoming? I bet it was fantastic! Tell me all about it! Did you wrestle mad stallions and shoot bears and all sorts of other amazing things?

Hey cowgirl! How you holdin' up?

Much as I'd like to say I did, I ain't exactly no Brawney Man. I mostly tended to the cattle, and the ranch I worked at? They sure knew how to break a hoss.

Hope the Gust hasn't been givin' you too much trouble.

I'm just fine! We've had a busy few weeks, me and Ron! But it's all paid off now.

Well still, that's pretty amazing of you! I bet you have lots of great stories to tell. Can't wait til the next time I work! You better share them!

And no way! In fact, since you left, I started to compete pretty well with Kate for tips!

Don't tease too much, Jakey boy, you know how tough it was for me to get the hang of things at first! People don't like it much when you bring them the challenge chili when they order the kind people are actually supposed to be able to eat you know!
