Smilin'
Christian came over last night for a bit and surprised me with a DVD that he had purchased from HMV.com. It was Behind the Red Door, starring Kiefer Sutherland, Stockard Channing and Kyra Sedgewick. Also included in the film is a Vegasphere track titled Submerged. Some of you might remember me talking about this in the vegasphere journal. We had been asked almost two years ago for a track for this movie, so we gave them Submerged. We told everyone about it but we were never really positive that it was in it.
The movie aired on HBO and then never really went anywhere. Well finally it has been released on DVD in the states. So I just watched the part where are song is in it. It is pretty fuckin cool. Kyra is driving in her car to go see her brother (kiefer) and submerged is on the radio. Now I thought that was going to be it but low and behold when she pulls up to the house they are also listening to it inside. So it plays for about a minute, give or take a few seconds.
And we are in the credits.
I had a very large smile on my face.
So if you happen to come across the movie check it out and listen for a little Vegasphere.
