ACSAT Ignite Cosplay Details

ACSAT cordially invites cosplayers to join their IGNITE Acquaintance Party on August 2, 6PM onwards.
To join, simply register here (click here to register). They will accept the first FIFTY (50) registered cosplayers.
Cosplay signups are up until AUGUST 1, FRIDAY, 8:00AM.
Reminders for all cosplayers:
1. Please come in your ANIME, ANIME-INSPIRED or J-FASHION costume or attire.
2. ONLY REGISTERED COSPLAYERS will be allowed to enter the event. Assistants of cosplayers must also register to enter the event.
3. Cosplayers' CALL TIME is from 4:00PM to 6:00PM at the very latest. GATES WILL BE CLOSED after 6:00 PM.
4. This is an evening event. Cosplayers will be requested to stay later towards the evening since the cosplay portion will be later than 8pm and the actual event even ending later culminating in a concert featuring the hottest performers and bands. So, please inform your parents/guardians in advance that you will be coming home late from this event. ACSAT would like everyone, including cosplayers, to fully enjoy the event as well as their bands.
5. Since this is an evening event, the event organizers would like to discourage very young cosplayers from joining.
6. This is a school-sponsored event, being invited by the school administration. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE EVENT. Please respect their no-smoking policy.
Cosplayer Perks:
All cosplayers are shall receive the following for participating in the ACSAT IGNITE event:
1. FREE Entrance to the event venue
2. Free Dinner
3. Provision for Baggage / Dressing room
4. Token(s) of appreciation
and of course,
5. A FREE CONCERT -- listen and watch Kitchie Nadal, Imago and Sandwich after the cosplay portion of the program!
Directions and Map to Venue:
Official Map to venue will follow, but we were informed this is one jeepney ride from the Greenhills shopping center / V-mall. (Ride the jeep with the sign "POST OFFICE" going to San Juan.)

By Commuting:
BUS
Ride on a Gliner from either Quiapo or Robinson's Galeria/Greenhills Mall. The Gliner will pass by the Arena.
JEEP
Or from Robinsons Ortigas/Galleria, Ride the "SAN JUAN" jeep.
By Car/Cab from Teatro Aguinaldo:
1. From Camp Aguinaldo, get on Santolan, cross EDSA to other side of Santolan.
2. Follow Santolan until you reach Ortigas /Santolan crossing
3. Cross the intersection and keep going.
4. You'll see the large WHITE CROSS Compound on the left.
5. You'll the LA CONCONSOLACION CONVENT on the right.
6. Beside the convent is The Arena.
