Note: I read this on another LJ and decided to try it out with no intention of ever typing it down. But the first few songs seemed to fit well, so I changed my mind. Commentary is a "bonus." :-p
IF YOUR LIFE WAS A MOVIE, WHAT WOULD THE SOUNDTRACK BE?
So, here's how it works:
1. Open your library (iTunes, Winamp, Media Player, iPod, etc)
2. Put it on shuffle
3. Press play
4. For every question, type the song that's playing
5. When you go to a new question, press the next button
My Life: The Movie
Opening Credits:
John Williams--Anakin's Betrayal (ooh, spooky/depressing credits)
Waking Up:
Kingdom Hearts OST--Hikari (The theme song from the first Kingdom Hearts. Note that this is also the point where I decided to pay attention to the list)
First Day of School:
Barenaked Ladies--Falling for the First Time (Yeah, makes sense)
Falling in Love:
Soul Calibur II OST--History Unfolds (Character select music? Ummm....)
Fight Song:
Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne OST--Forced Battle (Heh. Apparantly it's gonna be like an RPG battle)
Breaking Up:
Kingdom Hearts OST--Dearly Beloved (Seems appopriate. The song has a sad feel to it.)
Prom:
Metal Gear Solid 3 OST--Snake Eater (It would have been hilarious if that was played at my prom)
Life's OK:
Kingdom Hearts OST--March Caprice for Piano and Orchestra (Appopriate as well. Has an upbeat mood.)
Mental Breakdow:
Barenaked Ladies--Baby Seat (Well, the song is about a girl, but it deals with realizing that you need to grow up eventually...so it sorta fits)
Driving:
Max Payne 2 OST--Max Payne 2 Theme (Must be a really depressing drive)
Flashback:
Utada--Devil Inside (*shrug*)
Getting Back Together:
Kingdom Hearts OST--Fragments of Sorrow (I really hope getting back together with someone is not like an intense battle)
Wedding:
Soul Calibur II OST--Under the Star of Destiny (The song name fits well at least)
Birth of a Child:
Empire Earth II OST--Overture (Um, epic music...? Sure...?)
Deathscene:
Halo OST--The Long Run (Another appropriate song name.)
End Credits:
Halo OST-- The Maw (Hm, quiet chanting...a nice appropriate end)
