[009] Fall Semester 2010
Thank. God. It's. Over. Tomorrow.
This was, by far, my worst semester of college...
Academically, I know I've done poorly but I did the best I could given my circumstances.
I attended the memorial services and funerals of five people who had been close to me.
I put up with some pretty vile treatment from those around me.
I had moments that made me feel absolutely useless.
And I dropped a lot of people from my life.
But on the other side of the spectrum, there's Dan.
Here is this guy who truly, genuinely cares about me. For the first time in my life, someone said the words "I just want you to be happy". He knows how to calm me down and make me laugh when I'm upset. And he does his best to keep me smiling 24/7. I'm actually... happy.
He's pretty amazing.
