I don't get it. Turnbull is going on about how Bradfield will be a referendum on Labors enconomic management. Only if they run a candidate Malcolm, only if they run. Unless of course your rhetoric is a cunning plan to not get them to not run cause you think you'll lose an electorate that the liberals won with about 60% of the PRIMARY vote last time.
