Where ever you are...

So I really really love Delaware in the summer...except Delaworld just started this week so they are kinda taking over parts of campus during the main hours of the day...but I am usually working in MD at that time so its good.  Other than that, I just love strolling down mainstreet and it not being crowded.  So relaxing.

Since I have been working non stop I decided to treat myself to a NJ/NYC trip this past weekend.  I hung out with Claire and stayed at Nat's house and it was really nice to get away from my apt for a few days.  We went to the East Village Saturday night and went to a lounge.  We got to cut the line and Claire and I somehow ended up drinking free champagne all night and we danced for 5 straight hours.  Guess it pays to hang out with the super hott club owner.

I came back to DE on Monday so I could get back to work in MD and also I had to housesit/dogsit for my uncle in Claymont.  His house isnt air conditioned so the 95 degree weather wasnt too much fun...and I think my wild weekend caught up with me this week because I somehow managed to catch bacterial tonsilitis and strep throat in June.  I didnt really know that was possible...dont see why it would be though hah.

So after this week I only have 4 more weeks of class...which is only 8 more classes.  I cant believe how quickly its going!!  I started to pack up some things in my room today finally.  It mostly involved me throwing away 4 year old notebooks that I always said I might need later in my studies...never really needed em.  Should be a fun trip to the dumpster. Hope I dont pull a muscle.

Oooo also in life excitement news.  I am almost 100% certain that I am moving to Brasil!!  I am so excited.  I might just stay for a couple months, it depends on whether I can get a job teaching English or not.  Upon my return to the US I plan to move to NYC.  My mother has forbidden me to move off the East coast for at least 2 years.  Boo.  But whatever...I guess I have been saying I wanted to live in NYC since I was 12.  I also have the option of trying to get work in DC.  Who knows.  I am just excited about South America at this point!!

<3 peace
