It was nice, for once, to see the characters feel the consequences of episodes past rather than being able to laugh things off at the end of every episode like they do.

Thank you so much for your kind words! I was really hoping to acknowledge what had happened in the season and also find a way to somewhat makes things better. It was a really bad season for Merlin and I just can't help but think that he can't take much more pain!

I couldn't sleep and switched my laptop on and stumbled upon your fic.
My god,I was so caught up in it that I lost track of time(but it felt like only few minutes have passed since I started to read)

The way Arthur cares about Merlin,how he misses him,left me with a warm feeling inside.And how he tracks Merlin down and how he's angry after he finds out about magic but then comes back and hugs him anyway<3

I really liked that Arthur was able to figure it out from Merlin talking about Balinor. I also liked that Arthur was really angry about the situation once he found out about the magic. Well done.
