(no subject)
Yesterday I was talked into going to the Beaver Ultimate Frisbee club practice. This morning I woke up so sore. I don't think BHS UFO has a chance against college disc. It was so fucking intense. Like a ton of running and sprints at the end. Holy bajesus batman, that can be my fall sport to get in shape for skiing!
Speaking of skiing, we start dryland practices next Monday, I have an incredible feeling that the next weeks are going to fly by. Thank god too becuz time up here has been slow so far, but I have been trying to enjoy every single moment of it!
This week has been the Farmington Fair. Apparently theres this group of middle schoolers who have decided to gang up an wreak havoc and pretend that they are going to start a shooting, so all the UMF students got this email from Public Safety about not going to the Fair on Monday night...Farmington Gangs anyone??
So what schools is everyone looking at? Ill 1. give you some advice, seeing as I know a ton of people other than Bow graduates who have gone to soo many schools and I can get some info for ya and 2. COME VISIT UMF, I might even be your tourguide if you give me a fair enough time in advance. Oh and 3...Bcuz I just wanna know and I am so nosey!
I am joining so many clubs and orgs. It's awesome. Ski Industries Club (SIC), Student Admissions Club (SAC), WUMF DJ show with Melissa every Tuesday morning, Beaver Ultimate, UMF Competitive Ski Team (obvi), and my work study on top of everything! I am a busy busy girl!
But honestly guys, if you like a small school (about 2200 people), you like winter and enjoy the cold in mid-september then give me a holla! I will sooo love visitors and since im in SAC, I give tours around campus!
