Moving up in the World
Really should get round to posting more often but oh well.
Nothing much has happened since my last little scribble.
Other than leaving themasquerader and Chris to move back to reading and buy my own place.
Also havent heard from Helen at all in the past few months, not sure what I have done this time but she just wont talk to me so I get another fun Xmas alone.
Anyway, I have somehow managed to trick the people at my bank into believing that I am an adult and giving me a mortgage so I can get a house. After keeping a close reign on my solicitor I managed to get everything sorted out and I have moved in (If anyone wants my new landline number, lemme know) the place is still pretty empty but its slowly filling up with my junk as I bring it across in stages. I have some good plans for here and with any luck it will end up looking great. Having my own place is pretty much a good thing in that I now have my own sanctuary to hide from the world however it has its bad side in that all the money I can weasel out from my work is accounted for before I even see it.
Not a lot else has been happening recently, went to Rod's party thing and had fun seeing friends again (Rod and I taught Scwibbles and themasquerader how to play Poker) and just generally had fun.
The last couple of days I have had kuro_ryoushi staying here so we grabbed Scwibbles and got some food in and vegged out here. We taught kuro_ryoushi to play Magic the gathering and she seems to have caught the bug to get her own deck.
So now I'm sitting here rebuilding my Necro deck to be ready fr whatever she comes up with.
The next few months are going to be "interesting" as I see whether I really can afford to be here or not.
