I assume the inclusion of Voldemort and Nagini is a good indicator we're getting a table as part of the set. We have five characters to put at the table, which fits just right in the centre section of the build. It also explains the legs, because skirts can't sit at the table. I imagine they're doing the same thing here as in the Astronomy set, where they didn't include Dumbledore or Snape. So as long as there's no Burbage in the set itself, we're good. Burbage will probably pop up in a future Hogwarts set, as they now seem willing to give us more of the teachers, even if they played next to no roles. (Something I appreciate greatly, to be clear.) The entire location consists of "not typical for the theme" scenes in terms of darkness, so this was a given when they chose to release it, which again, I think is a good thing. There isn't a single canonical scene with Draco stealing a cookie fresh from the ovens from the house elves, or Narcissa arranging flowers in preparation for a tea party, or Lucius feeding his peacocks or something. Plus I'm reliably assured they go darker in other themes, too, I just don't follow them.
As for Snape, we just had an excellent one in an affordable set that will probably be on the shelves at least as long as the Manor is, so I wouldn't have expected him here. They can't include everyone, and the selection allows for a good expansion for the BoH, too, while still covering the necessary scenes here. I liked the gargoyles and peacocks a lot, too.
As for the nano set, I've got the smaller scale GWP from a few years back, and won't be tempted at this price point. I still look forward to seeing what they've done, as it may give us a hint as to what we might see in the future.
