And we have leaks of the minifigs from two more of the lego Harry Potter summer 2024 wave sets! w00t! Ollivander's & Madame Malkin's and... the Potions Class!! And I do believe there's something included just for
ERexen... 😃
First, all the minifigs from lego Harry Potter 76439 Ollivander and Madame Malkin stores - 744 pieces (ca. $90 - $100). We now see the Flower Cart lady and student in wheelchair. I know there are a lot of questions as to how a wheelchair navigates Hogwarts (magic! duh!), and of course it isn't cannon, and the witchards don't suffer from 'mundane' illnesses... blah blah blah... But I'm going to give them a pass on this one in the name of inclusivity. Representation matters. (I would, however, have probably chosen a different leg colour for more contrast.) There's also good re-use of torsos here, and a couple of new ones, plus we can see the two mannequins. It is interesting that we don't see any women's wear. I'm not sure what to make of that.
Note what looks like two new wand moulds! One of which might make a good walking stick for ol' Lucius.
And next, with a little bonbon for E ❤️, we have the minifigs from lego Harry Potter 76431 Hogwarts Castle: Potions Class - 397 pieces ($40). It answers the question as to Seamus Finnigan and Pansy Parkinson, they are in fact included, and whoever that is in the Great Hall set is therefore someone else. Simples! (It remains to be seen if those are actual named characters, however.) Hermione is here as promised with the rarish Potions tile, only right and proper considering the Harrys and Rons we have so far, and then (drum roll please) there's a whole new Snape!!!! With the proper legs for once! So pleased!! I'm assuming the reverse side of his head is more snarky and less... uh... furious? Whatever he's manifesting here. Doesn't matter, I want eyebrow action. Fingers crossed. He's a welcome update, a lot less purple, and we're finally getting some of those buttons on his sleeves, arm-printing upping their game with the fig as they did for McGonagall and Dumbledore.
Note what appears to be an all new flask piece! Yes!
