I'm looking for a story where James, Remus, and Sirius discover Peter is the spy and capture him before all the horribleness happens. I think it was fairly long. I think they used veritserum in James' kitchen to discover the truth. In one scene, Remus and Sirius are in a room at the Leaky Cauldron and they share a bed and things happen. Neither of these are exactly what you're looking for and you've likely read them before, but Our Private Universe by busaikko might scratch the itch a bit, and Mischief Managed by krabapple is an AU in which Sirius doesn't go to jail, he still thinks Remus was the spy years later, but then the truth comes out--very plotty fic with a great ending.

Sadly, I lost all my old R/S bookmarks but I think I remember this. What I remember is that Sirius, James, and Lily had a bit of a threesome going on and had a big fight outside Mrs Figg's house where an order meeting was taking place. Remus went and talked to Sirius and then during the meeting realized that Peter was the spy and kidnapped him with, I think, James' help and got the veritaserum and gave it to him in a room at the Leaky. I think they went on missions for the order and Sirius was bouncing a bit back and forth between the Potters and Remus. Does this sound right? I hope you find it, I would like to read it again.

I think I might be smooshing a few stories together, this is at least one of them. There is another story that has Peter in love with Remus and becoming the traitor because he had been promised Remus in return. I think that one has them around James' kitchen table, maybe. I wish I had kept better lists of the stories I liked. Thanks for you help, though!

I think The Rising of Thanatos is one where Peter is in love with Remus.

Great story! I do remember Peter in love with Remus, but I've forgotten a lot of it so I guess it is time for a reread :)

Thank you, I am happy, I hope this is what Dani wanted. I figured it had to be a games fic but when I went to look at the master lists I couldn't pick it out by the title.

The thing with James' kitchen is from a different story, I think, because that sounds like Truth and Consequences by kat_scratches. http://full-moon-fic.livejournal.com/2469.html Although if I remember correctly, they don't use veritaserum in this and it's rather short.
