Trans Remus or Sirius?

I'm wondering if anyone can point me to a good story where one of the boys is trans. I don't mind if they're MTF or FTM, as long as it's well-written.

I'm asking because I've been bunnied for a story with FTM-trans!Remus (that's his secret; he's not a werewolf), and I'm a little worried about writing it with an appropriate level of sensitivity, since it's not something I have personal experience with.
