Remus and Sirius in the original Order, Remus-whump
Echoing my post from hp_ficsearch...
Hi, I'm looking for a particular fic, and pretty much any fic like it, that focuses on the original Order prior to Halloween '81, and the effects of Peter sowing the seeds of doubt between the Order members, particularly between Remus and Sirius. In the fic I am thinking of, it deviates from canon when Remus ended up being driven away due to the lack of faith, but I don't remember if it was outright accusation or just a general attitude of suspicion that he picked up on, and then disappeared with the Order assuming he'd gone to join Voldemort. After the truth about Peter was revealed before he was able to betray the Potters, Sirius James and Lily were regretful and searched for Remus. I think he'd actually been captured by Death Eaters, but I'm not certain. It was either Remus/Sirius ship, or a brotherly friendship where Sirius felt much more hurt by Remus' supposed betrayal than James or Lily, and then felt much more guilty as a result.
Also, any betrayed!Remus or Remus-whump recs in general would be great (remembering that old, half-forgotten fic has reminded me of my love of Remus-whumpage).
