fiction, funerals and full moons
Hello everyone!
So I hope you are all having wonderful May! My schoolwork for this spring is finally coming to an end and after my last poetry analysis that I'm doing right now (well, my Word is open... it does count, doesn't it?) my summer is officially started! (Well I still have a job but well, it's something.) So I have decided to reward myself for all the work (the what?) with lots of Wolfstar-fanfiction! Yay!
I actually have like hundreds of requests but I think I'll only ask for these three this time.
1) Literature. I have a thing for books you see. I'm sure there are many fics about Remus being obsessed with books etc but I'm looking for something more. I want literature/author/book conversations between Remus and Sirius. I want poetry and novels. The fic doesn't have to be based on anything but I don't know if you get what I mean? I know there are a lot of fics that has a poem or something used as a prompt. That's okay too if you think it's written very well. Take Amid A Crowd of Stars by forest_rose in which Remus helps Harry analyse a Yeats poem for example. That's perfect! Okay just give me fics including literature, I read them all and decide if they are what I'm looking for :D No matter who the bookworm is but ten points for you if Remus uses reading glasses! :D
2) Lily and James' funeral. I don't mind if it's AU and Sirius joins Remus in the funeral but a favorite would be a very angst fic in which Remus misses his friends and Sirius is gone and so on. Happy ending isn't necessary.
3) Oh and now that I'm on angst let's have some lycanthropy fics. I mean really dealing with full moons, not just passing it by sayin that "oh and then Remus turned wolf and got hurt and Sirius got emotionally hurt and then he nursed him". I want the fic to go deeper!
Okay very well I'll stop it here. But you know I'm not that strict with my requests so you can come up with anything as long as it's quality! And if you're reading this but don't know any of asked please throw in something else! What was the latest fic you loved or been bursting to recommend?
