Hi,  I remember this one fic I believe came out shortly after HBP. Sirius found his way back from the veil and he and Remus moved into a cottage together. Then Remus got pregnant.  Harry found all this out, but then realized he was the seventh horcrux. Harry therefore charges into battle and dies despite Sirius's and Remus's protests. The mourning couple finds some consolation in their newborn, a baby named Laertes, I think.

I think that it's by an author named Occasus, but I have not been able to find it.
