i know this fic has been looked for a few times now but no one has been able to find it...maybe this time will be different :)
It's a really long R/S fic that starts in MWPP era and goes through Harry's 7th year. It's AU in that Sirius, James and Lily never died and Peter never betrayed them. I don't remember a ton of details, but near the end of the story Sirius hits Remus, and Remus leaves him to go to Hogwarts. Sirius becomes so depressed that he is basically dying and Remus has to decide whether or not to forgive him, and basically save his life. Oh yeah, while Remus is at Hogwarts he has a fling with Snape, and Harry is also gay and in love with Peter's son (also named Remus, I think) if that helps to ring any bells...
