(no subject)
I have about had enough of smut. Don’t get me wrong - because I love smut just as much as the next person, and most of my favorite fics include smutty scenes - but I’m starting to think that almost every single R/S fic is a plot device ultimately leading up to fabulous sex. Which is irking me ever so slightly…
So - pimp out your favorite smut-free fics! (EDIT: Hmmm... I just found the tag... I was looking for something like genre: no smut, when in fact the tag was no!smut. And also, I just realized that the person immediately before me was asking for the exact same thing. Oh well, I've been waiting for my last post to reach the bottom of the page, so this was written a while ago, and I can always use new fics to read!) Kissing is all right, and cuddling, and all that stuff - but please, if their explicitly described actions lead to (or are intended to lead to) an orgasm of any sort, kindly rec it elsewhere…

- Remus visits Sirius in Azkaban, or there is some correspondence between the two during Sirius’ imprisonment. Bonus points if Sirius goes insane during this period of time - “the madness within,” perhaps?
- Brokeback Mountain, Maurice, or At Swim, Two Boys crossovers or parallel plots. I crave them immensely.
- AU fics where Remus or Sirius is actually expelled from school as a result of The Prank, or where one of them seriously gets into trouble with the Ministry, perhaps under false accusations.
