Alright, fic hunters:
(1) A story set after either POA or GOB (I forget which)
(2) Remus is living in a cabin/cottage by himself (at the edge of a dragon preserve?), but he keeps receiving letters from Sirius.
(3) Sirius keeps coming for the moon, running with Moony, putting Remus to bed with a note, but other than that Remus hasn't seen him
(4) On Halloween night, Remus sits on his porch and has a pretty strong drink to help ease the memories.
(5) They hook up at the end...
(6) I think it was on Azkaban's Lair... but not 100% sure on that.
