I know... I seem to be coming here a bit too often lately..
but what can I say?
it's such a great community;D
right..so, I found a post that was left unanswered some time ago..
but seeming that sometimes someone does manage to answer a post when it is asked some time later, I think I'll give it a try.
I've read a fic of R/S a horribly long time ago and can only remember a few things... It's sort of been connected to a songtext... It was dark, angsty and rated R till NC17, Took its time in pre-Azkaban.
It was deliciously written, the feelings very well described. It's not been a one-shot, had more chapters, but was completed. It took part from the start when Sirius fell in love with Remus during Hogwarts, then they came together in the seventh year or something, but having wanted each other already a long time..
Then this stuff with "who's voldemort's spy" happens and sirius suspects remus. This is why they're distanced now, remus acts cool towards sirius and so on. Nevertheless, there's a painful moment shortly a few days before the potters get killed when sirius and remus fall for each other again, though they actually distrust each other. There you can see love overcome distrust, they share their feelings and so on... it ends with a passage, telling sirius is led to azkaban and remus is left behind.

I think this one's sth everyone's been looking for some time, and it was continually requested some time ago...
of course, it was never found..hopefully we'll get lucky this time!
So, the fic(by what I gather) is basically about this;
Sirius and Remus live together, but then the Potters die, and Sirius asks Remus to run away with him.
but Remus refuses, saying something like everything they have is here in Enlgand, and Sirius replies by saying all he needs is Remus..
The next day, the daily profet shows sirius was captured for murder etc, and sirius' photo is mouthing 'love you'.
sounds like a great fic, and I am really dying to read it..
but since it was never really found, I guess I shouldn't get my hopes up...*sigh*
still, anyone, and I mean anyone who can help, please do!
