I'm feeling much better already :D I looked back at my previous post a minute ago and I realised I sounded so crappy. Hah, that's probably because I had to fall sick right before the start of school. I'm so sorry that the chalet had to be called off. Let's have one during the next holiday okay?
I think my holiday was fruitful, sort of. I experienced quite a lot this holiday.
I brushed up on my photoshop, broke my record and woke up at 3.30pm one afternoon, found that awesome Japanese curry stall at Takashimaya, almost killed my laptop on many accounts, went back to Jumbo for dinner and had their awesome(x3) chili crab, celebrated my (17th) birthday, caught a movie (Aliens in the Attic) and totally fell in love with it, poisoned myself with food, had diarrhea for first time in my life, needed to use the loo for 15 times in a row due to diarrhea, landed myself in the hospital, had my first blood test (which is beside the point, the point was that the doctor had to dip the needle into me twice because he couldn't figure my veins on the first try and had to do it a second time), was put on a drip for the first time of my life (I have to say, I'm thankful that I'm a healthy kid, and that my parents took good care of me), finished reading a book (Untamed by P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast) that I had always wanted to complete but never had the time to, caught up on my "vampire knight" manga after I stopped reading it since last year.
I am just one of those kids that get freaked out by needles. Not that I wail or scream or faint before the doctor pierce me, but just that I get really nervous and starts blabbering when the needle gets near me. Well you know, I got in hospital because of my food poisoning and then the doctor said that he needed to do a blood test for me. Before he poked me, I asked, "Will it... hurt?" And he had to look at me like I was the most ridiculous thing ever and snigger, "A little. It is a needle"
He could have just spared me the look, the snigger and the truth. Even if what I asked was (a little) obvious.
I need to stop logging into my NYP portal for every 5 minutes checking if the timetable for the new semester is out yet. If any PS0902s out there had been logging into their account excessively then you should stop because the timetable will only be out next week. Jinxuan emailed Ms Teng. So yea, let's all pray for our timetables.
