I know there's not much IN that line, but Akira being gleeful and just happily welcoming Shuuji home just makes me warm and fuzzy inside, it's so, so perfect.
Akira beamed. “Hot chocolate! I made it myself! Try it,” he said, holding the mug out toward Shuuji.
This is what I love about Akira; he's so happy and pleased with thinking he's done something neat, but he IMMEDIATELY wants to share it with Shuuji. EEEEEE FLUFFY SPARKLY HEARTS ♥ ♥
He slid a hand up to press against the back of Akira’s neck; Akira smiled against Shuuji’s mouth and gently nudged Shuuji’s lips apart, thumb smoothing across the skin of Shuuji’s collarbone above the neckline of Shuuji’s shirt.

Akira broke away to press his nose against Shuuji’s neck. “Shuuji,” he heard Akira hum happily, “Shuuji, Shuuji, Shuuji.”
Shuuji couldn’t repress a little laugh, stroking his fingers through Akira’s hair. They sat like that for several minutes, Akira leaning on Shuuji’s shoulder and Shuuji resting his cheek against the top of Akira’s head. Shuuji breathed deeply and told himself he wasn’t inhaling the scent of Akira’s shampoo.

I just. I just love this so much it hurts me. Akira is wonderfully spazzy and dorky and cute and totally in love with Shuuji who's adorably grumpy and blushy because he doesn't know how to express how much HE cares about Akira, and yet, in the end, they still manage to get each other. ALL NOBUTA FIC SHOULD BE LIKE THIS. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH, GAH. ♥ ♥ ♥
