Three days til Toledo Bend! I'll probably be on the water about this time on Thursday.
The PE exam was pretty rough, but I feel pretty confident that I did well enough to pass. I won't get the results for up to 12 weeks which really sucks, but oh well. I'm not going to worry about it.
I'm really looking forward to the fishing and drinking weekend ahead. It's just what I need after many months of studying and stress. I managed to hit the ground running at work today. I was surprised that it really didn't take long to get back into the groove of things after taking last week off to study. But, it was not bad...all my work was right where I left it. Unfortunately. I got some stuff done and now its almost time to go home.
I plan to do a lot more fishing this year. My dad and Father-in-law have both said I could borrow their boats...I just don't have anything to pull them with...yet. I just need to get some bills paid off. Hopefully the PE will grant me a nice raise sometime in June.
