(no subject)
Some weird things have happened recently...just mildly weird. I've been sick since Saturday, but I think/hope I'm getting to the end of it. So, the other morning I wakeup start my morning routine...shower, etc. But man was I tired. I get out of the shower and look at the clock. It's 1:30am. I could have swore it was 6:15am when I got up. So I go back to bed after having already taken my dayquil. I slept like crap. My stomach was hurting. It made for a rough rest of the week.
I was at a Transportation conference at the BR Rivercenter monday, tuesday, wednesday. It was pretty boring, but at least I was out of the office.
The other weird thing happened at lunch. A group of my coworkers went to Mellow Mushroom instead of the 2hr luncheon on the last day of the conference. It was pretty good. We all got pizza. A few of us split small pizzas. So we ask them to split the check.
Talk about weird. Theoretically we each paid 1/6 of every item. But, somehow I got the $8 bill while everyone else paid $5 or $6. I had spilt a $9 pizza and drank water. WTF! A table full of engineers was baffled, so we just paid it and left. There was no telling what he'd come back wiht if we asked them to correct it.
Julie and I are riding in Spanish Town on Sat. so look for us. We'll be on the drivers side and George and Becca are riding with us. YAY.
