date night
I took my wife on a date last night.
Pirates 2 was pretty good for me, but Julie wasn't real impressed. I was hoping it would not be like Matrix 2 since they were both filmed as a part 2 & 3 in the same shooting. At least there was no "to be continued..." on the screen. It was long (2.5hrs), but it didn't feel too long at the time. The movie had lots of action and told most of a story...It just didn't feel like the movie ended because there were so many loose ends. Grr. We'll have to wait for Pirates 3 now.
Anyway, by the time we got out it was like 9:45pm, so City Cafe was out. We grabbed McDonald's on the way home and watched an episode of "House."
I'd say it was a great date. We sound like an old married couple, right?
