So this idiot, on loan from Idiots-Are-Us is working in the office now. He no longer works for Idiots-Are-Us, they said he was too damned stupid.
So anyway he's trying to cause a fight in the office, trying to get people pissed at each other. I spend much of my day doing damage control.. When people say something incredibly stupid to a customer, I back them out of it, for the good of our co, and the customer.
Anyway.. I've got the management here to try to stifle what stupid-talk they can but our newest idiot is sort of management and he's trying to start those conversations.
These conversations should not happen within office walls. If they wanna bitch on the side, then bitch, but not during business hours.
