Just remember what I've been missing these last few months. The 'Hey, band X is playing tomorrow, would you like to watch it with me?'
Which reminds me of one of his cuteness.
Me: "You can drop me at Lebak Bulus; I can go home using public transport from there."
Him: "Are you sure it's OK? It's night already."
Me: "It's alright. I always use public transport, don't I?"
Him: "No, no, I'll drive you home." *grins after a while* "'sides, my mum would be very angry with me if she found out that I didn't drive you home."
Well well now he's building his career, I should not fret much. I am pretty busy too nowadays aren't I?
And yeah, I'm sorry if this sounds a bit too materialistic, but I love men with cars. I mean, public transport - buses, trains, angkot - is my daily routine, so it won't be too nice if someone takes you out on a date... with public transport! And since I'm not a fan of motorcycles, cars are my weapons of choice.
On other topic: my students and I are getting along; naturally some students click more easily with me, while others choose to spend their time with something else when they're supposed to be involved in a lesson. I'm still trying to find away to get their attention. I know I should treat every student individually, but trust me, it's rather hard when there are other 20 students in the same class that you must pay attention to at the same time.
My students at 78 come from a more various background than my students at 8. Some are Chinese, and there's even an Arab in 78's Grade XI. (Hence, understandably, 'the camel joke'.)
