Got It Done..
This morning started off with me running to Auto Zone to pick up a waterpump for my car. And was to meet Dave at his place at 10:00. Waterpump costed 50 bucks, which is alot of money, when you don't have much more then that to your name. Auto Zone has these little punch cards. 5 purchases over 20 bucks, you get a free gift card for 20 bucks. Well with this waterpump purchase, it was the 5th punch. And decided to get my gift card since I was already there.
Get over to dave's a tad before 10am. We start right away, ripping the shit out. After about 4 hours, which included another trip to Auto Zone, cleaning up, and taking our time for the last 30-60 minutes. We were done. It was great to have it all done and everything at around 2pm. We never did put the new waterpump on, or any of the other belts. Such as the power steering belt, water pump belt, etc. The belts looked fine, and for the water pump. Well it worked fine, so we just left it there. It's Toyota, it's gonna last forever. The timing belt looked pretty good. Starting to crack, the biggest thing was that it was streched out a bit. Car runs sooooo much better. After setting the timing, and a belt that fits nice and snug.
Tonight went out with Jim. Played some pool, drank some beer. We both played good, and made some great shots.
