80 Hours In 8 Days
Well I got back from Las Vegas yesterday afternoon. Had a really good fun time down there. Went down there to see my brother get married, and his lady from London. We left Sunday morning for Vegas, got there at around 1:30pm Vegas time. Didn't get back into Salt Lake till around 6pm Tuesday. It was great having 6 days off from work. Down side, I'm stuck here at work for the next 8 days. No vacation time, so I have to make up those hours, and then work my normal shift next week. 80 hours in 8 days. BLAH!! But it was well worth it. Kinda wish I had more time and money to do more things in Vegas. That town is so dirty, nasty, and anything fun costs too much money. I'm too lazy at the moment to go into details. But some of the things we did were:
Cheesecake Factory, Quark's (some crazy star trek place), walked up the strip from Lexor up to Circus Circus, rode the roller coaster at the New York New York casino. hmmmmm, and I'm sure I'm forgetting other stuff.
It's crazy to think that my little brother is married. Best wishes, and congrats to both him and Barb.
