does anyone kno how to alter a skirt??...atm its abt mid-calf length...n floaty sort of thing...with that band that annoying shop manufacturers put on things to annoy me *grrr*...i can't bring up the hem cos its one of those free fall things...all..er...i dont know actually...im crap at this-_-"...if you have ne ideas PLEASE tell me...i reli need help...im completely useless *blushes*
