Tora reached his arms to the sky, stretching his back muscles out. He was sore from the radio show, being hunched over the microphone for an hour was always a pain in his back, no matter how entertaining the show itself was. And today had certainly been entertaining. Saga had joined him on arigaTORA, and had made quite the cutesy display singing the Totoro theme song.
He remembered cracking up himself as Saga had started giggling near the end of the song.
After the show, Tora and Saga decided to head to Tora's to grab lunch and relax for a while, since they had the downtime. Saga quickly made himself at home, sprawling out on the couch, his feet plunking comfortably on the coffee table. While Tora went into the kitchen to grab drinks and food, Saga grabbed Tora's acoustic guitar that was sitting on the couch.
He randomly plucked the strings, letting a melody develop on it's own. He strummed happily, closing his eyes, and after a few minute Tora came back with some instant ramen and a beer for each.
Tora was about to turn on the tv when Saga started strumming a familiar tune. Tora raised an eyebrow and looked over at his friend as Saga, for the second time that day, began singing the theme song for Totoro. But then he got to the chorus.
“ToTora toTora. ToTora toTorrraaaa...” Saga mused, a mischevous smile on his face.
Tora blushed. And then blushed even harder for the fact that he was blushing. Because, well, Tora did not blush. Saga winked at him.
“You're so cute when you blush like that, ToTora.” Saga grinned, putting the guitar aside.
“Just eat your ramen and shut up.”
