This week started out slow, a lot like last week.  But now that it's almost Friday, maybe it didn't go by so slow after all.
It's been a dull week, like most are.  But a better one than most.  Things seem to be working out better and there's really nothing that could go wrong.
Or so it seems.
I need to start applying for colleges, that's probably my major, major goal.  I'm scared, sure, but it's gotta happen sooner or later, right?
I'm getting a cell phone on Saturday, if anyone's interested, I can give you my number when that happens.
This weekend should be pretty okay.  I'm gonna hang out with Steph on Saturday, I think it is, and it's been awhile, so that'll be nice for a change.

I've realized that my top twenty favorite songs of all time would have to be:
1.  Don't Think Twice, It's All Right (Bob Dylan)
2.  Eli, the Barrow Boy (Decemberists)
3.  In My Life (Beatles)
4.  Hallelujah (Jeff Buckley)
5.  The Purple Bottle (Animal Collective)
6.  Judy and the Dream of Horses (Belle & Sebastian)
7.  Baba O'Riley (The Who)
8.  With or Without You (U2)
9.  Learning to Fly (Tom Petty)
10.  Don't Let Start (They Might Be Giants)
11. Animal Midnight (Stephen Malkmus & the Jicks)
12. Freeze the Saints (Stephen Malkmus)
13. New Slang (The Shins)  Yeahh, yeahh.  It's GONNA CHANGE MY LIFE.
14. You Work All Weekend (Saturday Looks Good to Me)
15. True Love Waits (Radiohead)
16. A Cup of Tea and Your Insights (Mark Mulcahy)
17. We've Got Tonight (Bob Seger)
18. Railroad Boy (Magnetic Fields)
19. Inmates (The Good Life)
20. Mr Grieves (The Pixies)

I'm 99% sure I'll have a new list within a month, just give it time.
I finished a book called This Lullaby that Steph let me borrow.  I think I'm going to start reading books more often.  I checked two out of the library in school, they seem interesting enough to pass the time.  But they probably won't even compare with the one I just read.
Some cool movies are coming out, or so it seems.  I probably won't see them, but I'll try to make an effort.
Leah and I were going to throw a party for Brittany and Jamie's birthdays this weekend, but it doesn't seem like that's going to happen.
At least we tried though, right?  The only problem is finding a location to hold it at.  Without one, we're stuck on the cold, dark streets of Nelson.  Meh, doesn't sound too bad.
But I should probably get going.  I'm not going to go to bed for awhile, since I took a five hour nap when I came home, but I want to start reading this new book and possibly catch up on my daily dose of tv.
So until then, I'll see ya later.
