Been awhile...
Yeah, I've been busy and off the compy for awhile. Anyway, my mom had oral surgery today so I had to call in absent from work so I could take care of her. I don't think I'll get in trouble, though, because I got Warren "I wear my sunglasses at night" to go in for me.
This weekend will be tricky. Dad and I were supposed to go out of town to visit his family for the Fourth. Now I may have to stay with mom and let dad go on his own. Honestly, I have only blood in common with dad's family and would rather just go to Jessica's party where I know I'll be appreciated. Besides, dad's bestest friend Clark is coming. I don't want to go with Clark, this was just supposed to be a family thing. Bleagh.
As an update to my last post:
Patrik called my the morning of graduation and we talked for awhile (well, he talked and I cried) anyway, the lines of communication are open again. He called a couple weeks ago and asked if I would write an article for his fanzine. I wrote about my trip to France and sent it off about a half hour ago.
On a completely different topic, I think I'll give all my coworkers music title nicknames. Yes, we have three Ryans.
