Sucker Punch *barf*
Note to self: next time the flist is debating a movie go with your first instinct and not go out of your way and watch a movie you would've given a pass otherwise. "By the creator of 300 and Watchmen" is not an endorsement in my book. Yes, I watched Sucker Punch.
Well, I watched the first half. I couldn't stand to watch any more. Someone explain to me why women in Hollywood have to go through pain, misery and rape before becoming "empowered". What garbage. It's not even entertaining garbage. I stayed for the fight scenes and even those were boring. Someone take away the slow-motion from the director. Jesus.
Also, that shit got a PG-13 rating? Are you joking? I would never let my 13-year-old niece watch that. Ever. (It would never get such a low rating here anyway.)
