the story behind this being, I just found out what my presentation tomorrow's supposed to be on: "Dear Charissa, as all presentations, you should use a past exam question, you could use from 2007, Q.8: Can humanitarian intervention be legitimate without UN backing. Discuss with reference to two cases.' You can do it focusing only the case of Kosovo in 1999 ok?"
