→ the decemberists concert last wednesday with sneakergaze! blind pilot was a really good opening act; they're much better live than on record (and I like them on record!) and colin meloy is the only frontman I've seen who actually actively engages the audience, and even though I wasn't that familiar with their new album, and I caught them when they were in london last year too, I still had tonnes of fun. seriously my face was kind of aching from grinning so much, and I think my voice went all wonky immediately after the concert. the mariner's revenge song was epic live. yeeee.




→ afternoon tea today at bea's with yan_min. I am always, always a sucker for tea and scones with clotted cream and jam.



→ beautiful spring weather today: 17 degrees, blue skies, and enough sunlight to go out in a dress, a blazer and ridiculously thin tights.
