I know exactly what you mean. Well...as exact as can be from the description anyway. ^_^
Natural beauty if quite a thing to behold. I've never been able to cry about it(except for maybe the perfect rainy day), but I do have a tendency to stop and stare if say, one luminescent red or yellow tree stands amongst the many green. And a rain of leaves upon the march of dull students walking to and fro on the grass on a quiet slightly windy day. Or something like that.
And that lingering feeling...I think I can relate...It's like this feeling of guilt, though its not guilt, its just....there. Luckily(though one could argue its more of a curse) I'm quite the level-headed fellow when it comes to emotions. I guess my ability to self-comfort/rationalize is what I get from growing up in a broken family. Or something like that. So I haven't really been able to breakdown and cry, though I wish I could sometimes.
Singing always works well for me though. Just gotta make sure you have the right songs! ;)
