I urgently - URGENTLY - need something that 1) needs to be done and 2) is so unpleasant that I'd rather work on my dissertation.
The enormity of this writer's block is truly staggering. And the timing is truly unfortunate. My revised draft is due at the end of the month.
I know many of you have been through this before. What the hell do you do?
Sheer grit (which is my usual method) is not getting me there this time. Either that, or I'm all out of grit.
I'm in history, if that matters.
