This seems to require a lot more experience than being a recent grad, but I thought I'd post it anyway. Also from this week's Guardian Weekly:

Representative
Cairo, Egypt

Directs the Foundation's activities in the Middle East and North
Africa, providing overall leadership to the Foundation's grant-making
programs, managing the office in Cairo, and representing the
Foundation to various organizations and to members of the public
having an interest in the Foundation's work. Assesses political,
social, cultural and economic developments in the region for their
implications for the Foundation's programming and grant-making
priorities. Supervises and works closely with program staff in
developing, monitoring and evaluating grants and projects within the
office's major fields of programmatic concern. Prepares and manages
the office's $14-16 million grant and management budgets, oversees
all legal matters, and supervises local administrative staff.
Maintains effective ties with local leaders, governmental agencies
and non-governmental organizations and other donors. Also manages a
modest grants portfolio of his/her own. Collaborates with the
Foundation's other representatives in Africa in developing
region-wide strategies and with program staff from around the world
in helping shape various aspects of the Foundation's work globally.

Qualifications: Demonstrated leadership, planning, management and
analytical skills; substantial previous leadership experience in the
region which demonstrates an understanding of regional social and
political dynamics; expertise in one or more areas of the
Foundation's current program interests; fluency in English and
proficiency in Arabic and excellent written and oral communication
skills; substantial knowledge of the region's societies, cultures and
history; and in-depth understanding of development and social change
processes. An appropriate graduate degree and familiarity with
philanthropy are highly desirable.
