This was wonderful! For your first foray into Heroes fic, I for one am glad you chose such a refreshing character and angle. I never would have thought to do something like this, but I really loved it. Now you've got me wondering (or at least genuinely hoping) that we'll see Kimiko more on the show in future episodes. The TV-saavy part of me doubts it, but I've been wrong many, many times. LOL

Thanks a lot. It was actually because no one seemed to have done Kimiko yet that I did this. It needed doing.

And if they keep on killing off women at this rate, we'd better revisit some of the survivors.

This is lovely. I enjoyed the addition of Kimiko to the show but it definitely would've been nicer to have seen more of her. I think you hit her spot-on, and really elaborated beautifully.

Sometimes she wishes- passionately so- that he would be made to see, but she hasn't the time for folding cranes, and there are more important things to do with paper.

Love this line- really shows her practicality but also her more emotional side. Just beautifully written.

I was just hoping the other day that we'd see Kimiko again - and this definitely fulfills my Kimiko cravings for now.

I like how you have Kimiko - adding onto how she cares for Hiro, and yet is a bit exasperated by him.
